Our client is seeking an experienced and inspiring retailer to leading a fantastic, large central support team across their international network of stores.
You will have a large remit of responsibilities and set, drive and manage the agenda across a wide range of functions including the customer experience, operations, supply chain, retail projects amongst others. You will work to create a culture that is cost focused, customer-centric and innovative in terms of procedures and processes.

As Head of International Retail Operations, you will-
* Operations. Constantly assess and evaluate the retail operation and research, present and instigate improved working practices.
* Service. Lead the central customer team to deliver their agenda, improving and evolving the customer experience at all touchpoints
* Environment. Streamline the consumable distribution process to stores in all countries
* Communication. Represent the retail function within the business and provide appropriate feedback on all strategies or projects with a retail dimension. Have responsibility for the cleaning budgets and work alongside key stakeholders in the selection and performance monitoring of cleaning contractions
Who You Are
You will be a retailer, with extensive senior experience gained internationally. Multi-site experience and a successful, proven track record of managing a central retail team are essential. You will have a top to bottom knowledge of the industry and knowledge of managing third-party suppliers, with procurement an advantage. International retail experience within the US or Europe is essential for this job. You will be a natural and clear communicator
The successful Head of Retail Operations will have-
5+ years’ experience in Senior Management within Retail Operations
Extensive experience in multi-site and central retail team management
International retail management experience is essential
Be a clear communicator at all levels and functions within a retail business
A natural leader capable of instigating and implementing change
