QSR Franchise Development Manager
Our Client, a large establish brand operating in the QSR space, now seek applicants for a brand new role of QSR Franchise Development Manager to launch a new brand to the Irish Market.
We require a candidate with QSR franchise development experience with the personality and skills to introduce a new QSR brand to established operators and new entrants alike, instilling in them the same passion and enthusiasm for the brand as you yourself will have.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone, with the experience, knowledge, skills and passion to develop business and sell new ideas, to work with a unique new brand within a large, well-established retail brand. Salary is €65-85k DOE.
The Day to Day
As Franchise Development Manager you will be responsible for selling a brand new fast food concept with the support of a large business. You will identify prospects, create awareness for the brand and sell the franchise by engaging with potential franchisees, closing deals and take the business through rebranding in line with the new franchise.
· Achieve realistic but substantial store numbers
· Ensuring a solid market position is established.
· Pursuing new business and cross-business opportunities.
· Conducting site analysis on a regular basis
· Ensure new franchisees are given the tools and support to achieve success
Who you’ll be
Minimum 3+ years’ experience within QSR or food franchise Business Development management is a strict requirement for this job.
