Supermarket Store Manager

Our client is seeking an ambitious and enthusiastic retail manager, who has experience managing large teams in a high-volume retail environment. We are looking for candidates who have experience managing KPIs and overall store performance

Our client seeks a manager who can inspire their teams and promote a positive working environment within their business

There is a fantastic starting salary of €54k on offer for the successful candidate

Responsibilities as a Store Manager:

• To oversee the day-to-day running of the store
• Managing KPIs and targets
• Cash management, both at the checkouts and back office
• Maximizing store profit while controlling costs
• Inventory control

Requirements for this Store Manager job:

• Must have experience working at senior management level within the retail sector
• A proven track record for excellent customer service
• Experience working with KPIs
• Strong work ethic and strive for success
• Motivated with the ability to lead by example
