Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook a variety of dishes in accordance with menu specifications and production schedules.
  • Ensure consistent quality and presentation of all food items produced.
  • Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock management to minimise waste and maximise efficiency.
  • Adhere to all food safety regulations and guidelines, including proper storage, handling, and cooking temperatures.

Requirements:

  • Culinary qualification or equivalent experience.
  • Strong knowledge of food safety standards and procedures.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Flexibility to work weekends, with occasional evening shifts as required.

  • Relevant IPU Pharmacy Technician qualification or Higher Certificate in Pharmacy Technician Studies
  • 2 years + experience as a Pharmacy Technician
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Good attention to detail is essential
  • Genuine passion for customer service and love for interaction with people, alongside discretion when addressing customer queries and t customer/patient information
