This role is an amazing opportunity for a Senior Baker or Pastry Chef who can take charge and lead the bakery team. As Bakery Manager you will have the chance to lead a skilled team and step up into a senior management role, working in concert with the owner. You will be working as a Scratch Baker creating high-quality baked goods and confectionery with a morning shift starting at 5am.
Salary: €38k-€40k
The Ideal Bakery Manager will:

Requirements of Bakery Manager:
- 2-3 years experience as a pastry chef or baker is essential
- In-depth knowledge of food safety procedures

- Must follow food safety guidelines
- Experience in ordering for bakery and managing waste within a fresh food area
- Responsible for maintaining records
- Minimise shrink and maintain low waste margins
