This role is an amazing opportunity for a Senior Baker or Pastry Chef who can take charge and lead the bakery team. As Bakery Manager you will have the chance to lead a skilled team and step up into a senior management role, working in concert with the owner. You will be working as a Scratch Baker creating high-quality baked goods and confectionery with a morning shift starting at 5am.

Salary: €38k-€40k

  • Have excellent customer service/ conflict resolution skills

Requirements of Bakery Manager:

  • 2-3 years experience as a pastry chef or baker is essential
  • In-depth knowledge of food safety procedures
  • Ability to work in a team
  • Good work ethic and initiative
  • Must follow food safety guidelines
  • Experience in ordering for bakery and managing waste within a fresh food area
  • Responsible for maintaining records
  • Minimise shrink and maintain low waste margins
