Our client, one of Ireland’s retail market leaders in sports fashion retail is seeking to recruit an experienced Assistant Manager for their high-volume store in Waterford.

As Assistant Manager, you will support the store manager and management team in driving the overall operations and sales performance for the store. You will support with the recruitment, coaching, and development of your team, maintaining high engagement, and preparing your team for future leadership opportunities.

Responsibilities of this job include:

  • Support the store manager with all aspects of managing a high-volume retail store

  • Monitor and manage all areas of store costs
