Accounts Administrator – Full-Time

Excel Recruitment is currently hiring a Full-time Accounts Administrator on behalf of our client based in Bray, Co. Wicklow. The Accounts Administrator will join the company’s accounts team assisting with accounts admin duties.

This is a 6-month temporary contract with a possibility of extension to 1 year. Previous experience using SAP is essential.

This role requires an immediate start.


Raising/Issuing PO’s

Issuing customer invoices

Assisting with invoicing queries

Liaising with vendors

Other general admin duties


Previous experience using SAP essential

3 years previous accounts admin experience

Professional and courteous manner

Strong IT skills

Fluent English both written and spoken

Monday-Friday 8am-4.30pm/ 9am-5.30pm

6-month temporary contract
