Part Time Receptionist
Excel Recruitment is seeking a part time receptionist to cover ad hoc Reception and Administration shifts across Dublin. This person will be responsible for covering reception in very busy corporate offices and must be available to work ad hoc shifts throughout the week.
Responsibilities of this Part Time Receptionist:
- Greeting clients as they enter the building
- Notifying companies when visitors arrive
- Answering telephones and managing email enquiries
- Ensure all files are kept up to date
- Assist with reports as required
- Work closely with other departments to ensure all admin tasks are complete
Requirements of this Part Time Receptionist:
- A minimum of 1 years reception experience
- Needs to be strong on Microsoft office
- Must be an organised, neat and tidy worker with good attention to detail
- Must have a professional manner at all times
