Responsibilities of this Part Time Receptionist:

  • Greeting clients as they enter the building
  • Notifying companies when visitors arrive
  • Answering telephones and managing email enquiries
  • Ensure all files are kept up to date
  • Assist with reports as required

Requirements of this Part Time Receptionist:

  • A minimum of 1 years reception experience

Medical Administrator – Full Time

Excel Recruitment is currently recruiting Medical Administrators to join our client’s medical administration teams in South Dublin and Co. Kildare.

This is an ongoing temporary position, 35 hours per week.

Duties will include:

Providing clerical support to the Clinical teams

Dealing with patient queries by phone and email

Managing, planning, and organizing appointments

Managing patient charts

Processing of patient information

General admin duties including scanning reports, test results, and correspondence, photocopying, and filing
