Responsibilities:

  • Managing inventory and ensuring stock levels are maintained.
  • Ensure all staff are trained on, and compliant with all health & safety and H.A.C.C.P
  • Lead the team in delivering exemplary customer experience.
  • Implement business strategies to aid in reaching Kpi’s targets and maintain margins across the company’s range of products.
  • Maintain and develop the current team and on board new starters.
  • Manage store alongside store manager and assume duties as needed.
  • Delegate roles and jobs daily.

Requirements:

  • 2-3 years’ experience in the management of a convenience retailer
  • Previous experience in a fresh food/deli department would be beneficial
  • Able to multitask, delegate and prioritise jobs.
  • Drive towards and reach targets within a set period.
  • A passionate leader who can drive sales, motivate their team and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
