  • Maintain control over food costs, labour expenses, and other operational expenses to ensure efficient use of resources.
  • Lead and motivate a team of talented chefs, cooks, and dining staff to deliver exceptional service and uphold our hospital’s reputation for excellence.
  • Drawing up staff rosters within the allocated budget.
  • Training and mentoring of staff, continuing a culture of continuous improvement and upskilling.
  • Implement rigorous quality control measures to maintain food safety standards and ensure compliance with HACCP requirements.
  • Cash handling and end-of-day reconciliation.
  • Foster positive relationships with patients, visitors, and hospital staff, addressing any feedback or concerns promptly and professionally.
