Excel Recruitment are currently recruiting an experienced Bar Manager for a well-established and historical bar based in Cork City.

We are looking for a manager that will take full control of the bar, be sales focused, driven, who can deliver excellent standards and have the passion to drive the business forward – leasing option will be discussed within first 12 months

Responsibilities of the Bar Manager job include:

  • Oversee the smooth running of the bar operations
  • Oversee staff development and training to ensure the team provide the highest quality standards and customer experience
  • Dealing with customer queries in a friendly and efficient manner
  • Carry out effective staff scheduling to suit the business

Requirements of the Bar Manager job include:

  • Previous experience in a Bar supervisory or management level
  • Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Excellent communication skills

  • Strong leadership and management skills

Excel Recruitment are looking for a General Manager for an established Bar and Event Venue in South Dublin. This is a great opportunity for an experienced Manager in the Bar and Restaurant trade to really take ownership of an established venue.

Responsibilities of the General Manager Job include:

  • Operational Management in leading a large team in consistently maintaining the highest level of standards, leading by example.

  • Working knowledge and experience in managing large successful teams and operations.
