We at Excel Recruitment are currently seeking a Senior Chef at an established venue in North County Dublin working alongside a Michelin star Chef, €38K plus tips at a 40 hour week.

Responsibilities of the Chef de Partie position include:

  • Prepare and serve dishes to the highest of quality as directed by the Head Chef

  • Working knowledge of HACCP & Food Safety regulations
  • Being Conscientious in regards to minimising waste

Requirements of the Chef de Partie position include:

  • Previous experience as a Chef de Partie
  • Good organisational skills and ability to work as part of a team in a busy environment
  • Full knowledge of HACCP (although we can provide full training)
  • Good standard and comprehension of English
  • Full working rights in Ireland

Head Chef- Dublin City- €65K+ Package

Excel Recruitment is currently seeking an Ambitious Head Chef to lead the team at one of Dublin’s top Hotel Groups.

Responsibilities for the Head Chef position include:

  • Oversee and ensure standards are maintained with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Menu creation and costing, in collaboration with the team.

  • Working knowledge of HACCP & Food Safety regulations.
  • Working knowledge of GP calculation, labour cost, and roster creation.
