This is a full-time, permanent job with sociable working hours. The ideal candidate will have two or more years of experience managing a busy cafe or restaurant. Our client has built a reputation for the highest-quality fresh food and drink offerings, and they are looking for a Coffee Shop Manager who shares these values.

Responsibilities:

  • Training, developing and motivating a team of cafe staff
  • Co-ordinating with Head Office and store management to drive coffee and sales standards
  • Adhering to HACCP and Food Safety requirements and up-keeping administration records
  • Ordering and managing stock and liaising with suppliers

Requirements:

  • Driving license as flexibility to cover other sites
  • Previous experience managing a café or restaurant
  • Barista skills, with a knowledge and understanding of coffee
  • Flexible to work up to 5 days over 7
  • Excellent knowledge of HACCP
  • Exceptional organisational skills
