Requirements for the Temp Chef

  • 2 year’s experience preferable
  • HACCP ideal (training can be provided)
  • Manual Handling ideal (training can be provided)
  • Significance of detail in food service
  • Ability to carry out several tasks
  • Awareness and preserving health and safety procedures
  • Work as part of a team

Responsibilities of the position

  • Ensure goods are made in line with food hygiene procedures and guidelines
  • Follow to all HACCP regulations
  • Ensure all equipment is functioning, preserved, and checked as stated by manufacturers.
  • Requires a high-level of catering to meet the needs of customers
  • Ensure all cleaning materials and substances are stored in the correct locations away from food products and equipment
