Customer Service Executive

My client, an Irish food and beverage producer with a portfolio of over 60 well recognised supermarket brands is recruiting a Customers Service Executive to join their Head Office Team in West Dublin (Hybrid option)

Salary €27K may be negotiable but must reflect experience, Bonus, Discount and free onsite parking. 39 hours per week Monday to Friday. Business hours 8.30am-5pm.

Ideally you will come with some FMCG telesales or customer service experience but I would also welcome a retail or hospitality person looking for a change of career.

As a Customer Service Agent, you will assist your customers who are retailers such as Lidl, Aldi, Dunnes and Tesco with processing orders, advising on products and addressing any queries or order fulfilment problems.

I am looking for a bubbly energetic person who can build positive relationships with customers, offer exceptional customer service whilst also keeping sales in mind.

Working knowledge of Excel would be beneficial.

Responsibilities for the job of Customer Service:

  • Processing orders via phone, email and online system
  • Rectify any queries or issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Communicate to customers any promotional offers or new lines
  • Focus on up-selling and cross-selling
  • Work in conjunction with the sales representatives, supply and dispatch team
  • Update accurately the customer records
