Responsibilities of a Barista
Providing friendly and attentive customer service
Serving beverages that meet the specific requirements of the customers
Provide information to customers on the ingredients in the specific beverages
Receive and process cash and card payments
Keeping work area and equipment clean and sanitised
Barista Requirements
Previous experience working as a Barista
Manual Handling & HACCP Training. These can be provided by Excel recruitment if required.
Clear and effective communication skills
Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to interact with customers in a friendly manner.
Willingness to cooperate and work with colleagues as part of a team
Ability to follow instructions effectively from Supervisors
