Our client is one of Ireland’s leading sports fashion retailers. With stores nationwide, they are seeking to recruit a Senior Deputy Manager for their high-profile store in West Dublin.
As Senior Deputy Manager you will lead, inspire, and motivate a large team in delivering sales, KPI’s, and the best in class for service and engagement.
Responsibilities of this job:
- Ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the store
- Driving and increasing store sales and productivity
- Supporting the Store Manager to recruit, coach, and develop a talented team
- Setting objectives and KPI’s for your team to achieve
- Stock management and rotation
- Implementing VM guidelines
Skills and experience required for this job:
- 2+ years of fashion retail management experience
- Experienced in delivering excellent customer service and driving overall store performance
- An interest and understanding of sports fashion and fitness trends
- Ability to lead, coach, and develop a talented team
