Responsibilities of the Restaurant Manager Position include:

  • Overseeing the running of service, providing service to the highest level of standard.
  • Providing training as a mentor figure, helping staff grow.

  • Working closely with our Head Chef regarding menus, specials, and service.
  • Working with the Bar Manager in a supporting role for beverage service.

Requirements for the Restaurant Manager position:

  • Previous experience within a similar role at a High-end Restaurant/ Hotel.
