Position: Production Shift Manager
Location: County Laois
Salary: €58,000 Annually

Responsibilities:
- Oversee the effective and efficient operation of Production and Packaging department
- Accountable for the department’s performance against agreed targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) ensuring continuous improvement across all key operational metrics
- Manage day to day operations from raw material intake, through production to packaging and dispatch
- Manager a team of shift operators, oversee their performance, engagement and development
- Identify improvement opportunities to improve safety, quality and operational efficiency including waste minimisation
Requirements:
- Prior team management and supervisory experience in Manufacturing or Production environment
- Knowledge of SAP, Lean Processing, Root Cause Analysis
- Good organisation and problem solving skills
- Strong knowledge of production processes
