The ideal candidate for this role would be an individual who has had previous experience in a food production role and shows equal enthusiasm for food production as our client. They must have a can-do attitude and love solving problems in fast-paced environments.
Our client offers a generous Salary Package of €45k DOE
Responsibilities:
- Knowledge of HACCP and other food safety protocols
- Ability to delegate tasks to a busy team
- Motivate team to perform daily
- Achieving monthly KPIs
- Ensuring the highest standard of customer service
- Monitor stock and waste
Requirements:
- Previous Food Production Manager Experience desirable
- Good enthusiastic attitude towards work
- Loves working in a busy team environment
