HR Generalist Healthcare

Excel Healthcare are currently recruiting a HR Generalist on behalf of one of Irelands leading healthcare providers

The HR Generalist will work closely with the Head Office HR team in a standalone role to oversee best practice HR support and service across the facility. Reporting directing directly to the Director of HR, this fast-paced position would suit an HR professional with some experience who is looking to develop their career with a highly ambitious organisation at an exciting time of growth and expansion. We are looking for the right person for this position and although healthcare experience would be advantageous, it is not a prerequisite for this role. This position offers a full-time contract and a very generous salary and benefits package. Some recruitment experience would beneficial but there is plenty of support at hand to ensure success in the role

Responsibilities of this Assistant HR Generalist job include:

  • Implementing general HR department functions
  • Training and development
  • Supporting the effective management of people
  • Providing support to HODs on HR and ER related issues

What you need to be considered for this HR Generalist job:

  • 3rd level qualification in a HR or business-related field
  • Some experience in a HR role ideally within a regulated industry
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • An excellent knowledge of HR practices and employment legislation
