Junior Graphic Designer
My client is an award-winning Irish cosmetics brand, and they are seeking to recruit a new addition to their graphic design team. They are looking for a creative and trend driven Junior Graphic Designer to capture the visual essence of their brand through new product development across packaging and design. This role is based in Meath.

Responsibilities of this Junior Graphic Designer job include:
- Carry out trend research and use up to date beauty knowledge to influence designs, keeping on top of the latest concepts and innovations within packaging, fonts, trends, and design.
- Responsible for the design and creation of mood boards and concept mock-ups, and work as part of a team and meet deadlines.
- Create marketing assets on social media (social media post and story graphics).
- Producing email campaign graphics from briefs.
- In house design support (PP, event days, and email signatures).
- Doing in house photoshoots eg: competition images for the social media channels.
- Photo retouching using Photoshop.
Requirements for this Junior Graphic Designer job include:
- 1 year of experience as a Junior Graphic Designer.
- A strong portfolio, to be sent alongside the application showing various artwork samples.
- Preferably, previous experience in beauty.
- Experience using the Adobe Creative Suite, Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop.
- Excellent time management and organisational skills, with the ability to balance multiple projects to meet deadlines.
- Ability to keep abreast of trends in design, products, and marketing.
- Enthusiastic self-starter and creative inclination with a true passion for all elements of design, that gets a thrill from seeing the fruits of their hard work on retailer shelves!
