My client is a Fashion Retail business with 30 stores nationwide and a strong online presence.

**Please ensure you can travel 5 days per week to the office in Ballymount just off the M50 southbound**

They are recruiting an experienced Digital & Ecommerce Manager to join their team in their Dublin head office.

The ideal candidate will have 2 years in a similar role and come with experience in shopify, web & digital analytics, SEO, CRO, and UX.

Salary & Package: €65k-€75k negotiable but must reflect experience plus a generous €10k bonus.

Reporting to the Director, as Ecommerce Manager you will own and manage the full online experience and be responsible for three Executives and a Customer Service team of two.

As Digital Marketing Manager you will be extremely sales focused and very data driven, driving traffic to the website through digital marketing, ensuring these customers convert and increasing online sales.

You will ensure products are merchandised and categorised correctly, that the user experience is second to none and products are displayed in a way to encourage link selling and add on sales.

You must be analytical, and data driven and using this information to make key commercial business decisions.

Responsibilities for the job of Ecommerce & Digital Marketing Manager:

  • Ensuring analytics insights are constantly used to optimise onsite journeys.
  • Analysing eCommerce Sales and Margin and optimise based on findings.
  • Ensuring consistent reviews and enhancements of website content and user experience to drive frequency of visits, effective product cross-selling, and increased basket AOV.
  • Working cross-departmentally with the customer care team to ensure consistently high satisfaction levels and with the Marketing team in developing and executing promotional calendars and campaigns.
  • Working with the outsourced web development team to troubleshoot issues and formulate, develop and test new/enhanced product initiatives.
  • Project managing key development projects ensuring robust testing.
  • Developing the eCommerce team to enhance and broaden their skills and effectiveness in their roles.
  • Managing the brand’s social media and customer care team.
  • Managing annual and weekly promotional planning processes with buying and senior management team.
  • Optimising PPC and paid Social Media campaigns

My client is one of Irelands best known retailers with stores nationwide and a thriving online business.

Based out of the warehouse/distribution centre in North Dublin, I am recruiting an Ecommerce Fulfilment Manager who will oversee the order processing function, ensuring all areas of the business are working collaboratively in delivering goods to their customers.

As an Ecommerce Fulfilment Manager, you will be responsible for all the in-house processes necessary to ensure the customer receives their order, liaising with departments such as the warehouse team, transport, IT and customer service.

Salary is €45K-€55K negotiable but must reflect experience, hours 8.30am-5.30pm, 21 days holidays increasing to 25, Pension, Free Onsite Parking, Staff Discount

As well as being on the warehouse floor you will be office based using IT systems, downloading reports and dealing with queries or issues over the phone and on email therefore the ideal candidate will come with a nice mix of warehouse and office/IT experience.

Responsibilities for the job of Order Fulfilment Manager:

  • Oversee Ecommerce fulfilment for all Ecommerce orders
  • Monitor the daily Ecommerce fulfilment to ensure achievement of SLA for all Ecommerce orders
  • Oversee Ecommerce customers returns and fulfilment complaints
  • Work closely with customer service team to drive reduction in customer cases
  • Proactively identify operational problems, project-related issues, changes, variances and contingencies that may arise; facilitate problem resolution with appropriate parties
  • Collaborate with the IT department on current system functionality as well as system improvements.

  • Propose, define and drive operational Ecommerce projects to completion
  • Lead change through continuous improvement initiatives that support the company’s goals
