Excel Recruitment is currently seeking a Project Manager for our client in the retail sector. This person will work alongside the purchasing team and will lead projects both nationally and internationally. This would suit a proactive person who is driven and thrives in a busy work environment. This is a 12 month full time contract but may be extended.

Main Responsibilities

  • Devise, plan and supervise commercial project time lines and costs
  • Cultivate a collaborative environment ensuring participation with all relevant stakeholders
  • Plan and implement productive and efficient processes
  • Schedule and coordinate project meetings in office and online
  • Ensure quality data is collated and applied to outline potential improvements and solutions
  • Develop and track KPIs to show progress of projects from formation to completion

Main Requirements

  • Strong interpersonal skills with ability to manage multiple stakeholders
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Excel
  • Proven ability within project management and process optimisation
  • Strong management skills and ownership of project
  • Excellent presentation, communication and time management skills

My client, a multinational foodservice business, is seeking an enthusiastic Purchasing Coordinator to join their team in North Dublin. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work within a major global business and assures them the chance to progress in their career.

Responsibilities of this Purchasing Coordinator job include:

  • Be the point of contact for all supply chain and procurement queries for the Ireland business.
  • Trouble shoot colleague queries and requests by collaborating across the teams.
  • Co-ordinate new supplier set-ups and approvals through our onboarding processes and systems.
  • Manage product databases and ensuring seamless integration with online order systems, menu management, allergen and procure to pay systems.
  • Support the IRL Procurement and Supply chain teams through undertaking category analysis, sales bid responses, diary, travel, and expense management.
  • Support the Supply Chain Manager by engaging with Foodservice suppliers to ensure service and availability minimum requirements are reached.
  • Compliance report analysis for key suppliers.

Requirements of this Purchasing Coordinator job include:

  • Excellent interpersonal skills and customer facing skills.
