This is a full time role in the office 5 days per week in Dublin City Centre.

This is a dynamic role which involves administration, resourcing candidates, communication, reporting, compliance and consultant desk holiday cover.

Experience within the recruitment sector, HR or in a similar role is an advantage.

Excel Healthcare have 5 offices all over Ireland and over 120 recruitment consultants. Our Healthcare division hire healthcare staff on a temporary and permanent basis for hospitals, nursing homes and hospice’s all over Ireland.

Duties of this Junior Recruitment consultant role:

– Communication with candidates

– Administration

– Reporting

– Sourcing healthcare professionals vai jobs boards, applications, Linkedin etc.

– Calling candidates , adding them to the database

– Compliance checking and processing including Garda vetting

– Communicating with staff, providing uniforms, interviewing candidates

– Job specs and CV screening

– Holiday cover and cover when needed within our temp recruitment division

Full training provided.

Monday to Thursday 9am-5.30pm, 9am-5pm on Fridays

Must be able to multitask and work well under pressure.

Responsibilities of a Recruitment Consultant

Client management to ensure that all requirements are met and the highest standards maintained
