The ideal Senior Staff Nurse will have 2+ years of experience in a healthcare setting and confident in coordinating in the absence of a CNM.

Responsibilities of a Senior Staff Nurse:

  • Provide the highest standard of care to residents
  • Communicate well with both residents and other members of the multi-disciplinary team
  • Mentor and support junior staff
  • Lead the team in the absence of a CNM, where required
  • Promote best practice and maintain HIQA standards

Requirements:
