Store Manager – Pharmacy Dublin West / North Dublin
Our client, a thriving multinational retail pharmacy chain are seeking to recruit an experienced Store Manager to join their store in Dublin West/ Dublin North. Known for their excellent retail offering in Beauty, skincare & Health and Well-being coupled with their fantastic customer engagement and personal services.
Reporting directly to the Regional Manager, the role of Store Manager is to achieve all retail and pharmacy targets through the proactive management of the sales team. This is a great job opportunity for an experienced people leader with strong fashion / beauty or pharmacy retail management experience looking to join a large successful retail chain.
Responsibilities for the job of Store Manager include:
- Ensuring the highest of standards and customer engagement is delivered at all times
- Working closely with your team in delivering the best advice and support to all your customers
- Analysing sales reports, communicating category participation, and implementing a plan of action where required
- Effectively managing and achieving KPI’s in accordance with company plan
- Ensuring company procedures and all legal compliance’s are implemented and adhered to
Requirements for this job of Store Manager include the following:
- 3 years+ retail management experience in fashion, pharmacy, or beauty retailing
- Experience in managing, motivating, and training a strong sales team
- Commercial and operational with a proven track record of achieving KPI’s
- Interest and passion in delivering a 5 * quality service to your customers
- Experience in analysing sales reports and reacting accordingly
Salary package:
- €35 – 40.5K depending on management experience
