As Bakery Manager you will be given full autonomy over the section, bringing in new lines and driving sales to bring the department to the next level. if you have previous scratch baking experience and are looking for an exciting new challenge this is the role for you.
Responsibilities as Bakery Manager:
- Oversee daily operations of the bakery, including production, staffing, inventory management, and customer service
- Ensure that all bakery products meet quality and consistency standards
- Monitor production processes to ensure adherence to recipes, proper baking techniques, and food safety standards
- Manage inventory levels of ingredients, supplies, and finished products to meet customer demand while minimising waste
Who you are:
- 2+ years’ experience as a Baker
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to engage with and prioritise customer needs
- 2 years’ experience in a Supervisor/Manager role is desirable
- Previous food preparation and production experience
