Assistant Store Manager – Sports Fashion
Due to our client’s continued success and ongoing expansion plans, they are seeking a commercially driven Assistant Store Manager to join their store in South Dublin.
As Assistant Store Manager and a key member of the senior leadership team, you will assist the Store Manager in driving store sales, team leadership, and ensuring excellent service is delivered through your team.

Salary package:
- €39-40K

Skills and experience required for this job:
- 3+ years of retail management experience
- Previous experience in coaching & developing store teams
- Ability to motivate & develop a team of staff
- Good interpersonal skills
- Ambitious with an eagerness to drive your career forward
Responsibilities of this job:
- Recruit, develop, motivate, and retain staff within a fast-moving environment
- Ensure all staff are trained in customer service, personal development, and product knowledge
- Demonstrate and deliver excellent standards of customer service
- Meet and exceed KPI targets
- Manage all cash, stock, and financial administration
- Liaise with VM team to ensure that correct and optimum levels of stock are in-store & merchandised effectively
