Excel recruitment are currently recruiting a Full Time Cleaning Supervisor for an immediate start in Dublin 22. Key Responsibilities of a Cleaning Supervisor

  • To supervise and lead the team in order to undertake all necessary cleaning to the Company’s standard
  • To manage the roster for Cleaning and liaise with to manage leave requests to ensure operational continuity
  • To administer H.R policies and procedures in line with company standards
  • To hold regular team huddles and engage team members in the company’s values
  • To ensure a high standard of personal hygiene, cleanliness and neatness ensuring full uniform is worn at all times by cleaning team; and personal hygiene policy is adhered to by all team members.
  • Induct and train team members in procedures and safe systems of work.
  • Report near misses /accidents and incidents as they occur
  • To ensure you act in the interests of your own safety and the safety of others at all times;
  • To ensure all areas are cleaned efficiently and in a timely manner to the required standards;

Key Requirements of a Cleaning Supervisor

  • Excellent leadership skills.
  • Passion for problem solving.
  • High level of attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills with excellent spoken & written English.
  • Previous experience in a cleaning supervisor or team lead role is essential.
  • Must be available to work full-time Monday to Friday 7am – 3.30pm.

I am looking for a Team Leader who can lead and guide their team in creating a fantastic shopping experience for each and every customer and drive sales in order to hit store targets.

Reporting to the Manager you will ideally come with a consultative Fashion, Jewellery, Accessories, Gifts or Homewares background and most importantly you will have a real passion for providing first class customer service.

Responsibilities for the job of Retail Supervisor

  • Support the store manager with all aspects of running a busy store
