What is it: I BELIEVE is Ireland’s first Winter Market offering food, drink, crafts and horticulture.
I BELIEVE is a new Christmas market debuting in Dublin in 2015. Opening on November 26th at 4pm, the market is located at the Custom House Quarter, near the IFSC. Working with city authorities and business organisations, I BELIEVE will create a unique Christmas Village and Event, rivalling already established markets in Paris, Brussels and Cologne.
Christmas Markets in Paris and Cologne.
Food. Food. Food.
Everyone’s favourite. What exactly will be there? You can expect a selection of the Nation’s leading producers. Seasonal pop-ups will be in place and quality Irish retailers like The Kilkenny Shop will also be exhibiting their winter range and selling daily to consumers.
Another favourite. There is nothing quite like cosy winter pints. How can you get this at I BELIEVE? The Apres Ski is a Scandinavian themed pop-up with full bar offering, with the capacity and capabilities to cater to small and large groups. With tailored bespoke food and drink packages, Apres Ski can personalise their extensive offerings and cater them, specific to requirements.
Apres Ski requires pre-booking and tickets average €15 pp. It includes arrival drink, reserved seating and table service throughout your visit.
The only home grown tree in Dublin will stand 50 feet tall and required extensive logistics to lift it into place. Rivalling the Rockefeller Tree in New York, the tree was planted in Co. Wicklow and donated by Coilte. A tree lighting ceremony will take place on Thursday November 26th and is open to the public to enjoy for free.
Dublin’s iconic Clery’s Santa is relocating. He’s bringing his workshop with him as well as his elves and they will setting up a home in CHQ. Santa and his elves will offer 30 minutes group experiences, limited to 30 children per session. All children will get to hand deliver their letter to Santa personally, see his elves in action, experience song and stories and take home a commemorative photo all which is inclusive in the ticket price. Tickets again are available at www.ibelieveinchristmas.ie
