Accounts Office Administrator

Excel Recruitment is currently recruiting an Administrator for an Accounts Office for one of our client in the South Dublin. You will be working in the accounts office alongside the Financial Director, performing day to day admin duties.

Responsibilities of this Accounts Office Administrator

  • Assisting with payments and accounts
  • Dealing with supplier/customer account queries and following up
  • Posting receipts and preparing lodgements
  • Posting purchase and expense invoices
  • Posting of payments on accounts system
  • Preparing weekly monthly reports as needed

Requirements of this Accounts Assistant Accounts Office Administrator

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a confident phone manner
  • Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment
  • 2+ years’ experience in a similar role
