Assistant Manager – Fashion

Our client, one of Ireland’s retail market leaders in sports fashion retail is seeking to recruit an experienced Assistant Manager for one of their high-volume stores in Dublin city centre.

As Assistant Manager, you will support the store manager and management team in driving the overall operations and sales performance of the store. You will support with the recruitment, coaching, and development of your team, maintaining high engagement, and preparing your team for future leadership opportunities.

Responsibilities of this job include:

• Supporting the store manager with all aspects of managing a high-volume retail store
• Driving the commercial plan across the store
• Analyse weekly and monthly sales versus targets and take corrective actions
• Coach, lead, and develop your team to achieve their goals
• Promote and ensure the highest levels of customer service
• Monitor and manage all areas of store costs
• Manage and achieve all KPIs

Experience required for this job:

• Previous management experience in a fast-paced high volume retailer
• Excellent commercial awareness
• A proven track record in driving and achieving KPIs
• Passionate in team development

Salary: €28-33K DOE
