Assistant Store Manager

Excel Recruitment are seeking an Assistant Store Manager for our thriving grocery client based in Dublin City Centre.

Our client is a retail GIANT with an excellent reputation in the food industry, and they are continuously thinking of ways to improve their business.

The ideal candidate for our client is a passionate and driven Assistant Manager. Our client welcomes applicants from a convenience, supermarket or discount retail background.

As Assistant Store Manager, you will drive sales across various departments, from grocery to our client’s numerous fresh food counters.

Our client is offering a Competitive Salary Package of €35k – €40k plus Performance Bonus

Responsibilities:

• Ability to drive sales
• Monitoring stock and waste
• Controlling and organising staff
• Implementing and following health and safety protocols
• Excellent standard of customer service

Requirements:

• Previous experience in retail management
• Can commute to Dublin City Centre
• Can-do attitude
• Ability to motivate staff
• History of achieving KPIs
