Assistant Store Manager – Fashion

Our client, a leading sports fashion retailer offering the biggest and most successful global brands, is seeking to recruit an experienced Assistant Store Manager for their store located in Bray, Co. Wicklow.

As Assistant Store Manager, you will be instrumental in supporting the store manager with the overall operations and sales performance of the store and setting your team up for each day with clear objectives and KPI targets.

This Assistant Store Manager job requires high street fashion retail management experience within a fast-paced high-volume background. The ideal candidate will be energetic and passionate, with the ability to think strategically, commercially, and operationally.

Responsibilities of this job include:

• Supporting the store manager with all aspects of managing a high-volume retail store
• Driving the commercial plan across the store
• Analysing weekly and monthly sales versus targets and taking corrective actions
• Coaching, leading, and developing the team to achieve goals
• Promoting and ensuring the highest levels of customer service
• Managing and achieving all KPIs

Experience required for this job:

• Previous management experience in high-volume fashion retail
• Excellent commercial awareness
• A proven track record in driving and achieving KPI’s
• Strong people management skills

Salary package: €28-30K DOE.
