Our client is a high-volume, premium Butcher brand, who put quality and freshness at the forefront of their business. They are now seeking a passionate candidate, who brings experience within the industry.

There is a competitive salary package DOE on offer for the successful candidate for this role

Responsibilities:

• Ensuring all HACCP and Health and Safety regulations are adhered to
• Working towards targets and KPIs
• Stock and waste management

Requirements:

• Previous experience working within a butcher environment
• A proven track record in achieving targets and KPIs
• Excellent knowledge of HACCP and food safety regulations
• Excellent customer service, motivational and organisational skills
• A passion for fresh food
