Excel Recruitment are seeking a skilled Butcher for our famous client based in South Dublin.

Our client is a well-known premium butcher brand and has many top stores around the Dublin Area.

The ideal candidate for this position is an individual who has great work-ethic, knowledge of meat, poultry, fish and has had previous Butcher experience. They must be able to work under pressure while also communicating effectively in a team environment.

Our client is offering a generous salary of up to €40k DOE

Responsibilities:

  • Making skilled cuts of meat, poultry & fish.
  • Great standards of food preparation
  • Maintaining food quality
  • Providing excellent customer service
  • Knowledge of HACCP and other food safety protocols
  • Ability to work in a team
  • Attention to detail under pressure

Requirements:

  • Prior experience as a Butcher
  • Be a team player
  • Have a hard-working attitude
  • Have a passion for food
