We offer excellent rates of pay, with some positions offering a Monday to Friday job. These temp positions offer a work/life balance. As part of our temp chef team, you will experience a variety of kitchen styles within the industry, ranging from 4/5 Star hotels to Rosette and Michelin standard restaurants.
Requirements for the Temp Chef
Full-Service experience as a chef in a fast-paced kitchen – 1-year minimum
Must bring your own Uniform, Knives, and Safety Shoes on EVERY shift
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Always conduct yourself professionally
Diverse skill set
Pro-active attitude
Manual Handling & HACCP (training can be provided)
Eligibility to work in Ireland
Responsibilities for the Temp Chef
Prepare all food items to order as per the client’s specification
Portion control of meat, fish, and poultry
Follow HACCP procedures
Ensure shelf-life, food safety, and temperature standards are met
Minimise waste
Keep kitchen area clean and sanitary
Record hours worked on an authorized timesheet
