This position presents an excellent opportunity to join a new state of the art residential care home which provides both long-term residential care and short-term transitional care. The successful candidate will report directly to the Director of Nursing, assisting with all aspects of the day-to-day management of the home. This job may suit an experienced CNM or Senior Nurse who is looking to progress in their career. Responsibilities of this Clinical Nurse Manager job include:

• Support the Director of Nursing the day-to-day management of the home
• Carry out regular risk assessments to mitigate clinical risks and prevent accidents, in accordance with company guidelines
• Carry out appraisals in accordance with policy while liaising with the Training Coordinator to facilitate personal development plans
• Overseeing the provision of a high quality, person-centred service to residents and effective management of the staff team and resources

What you need to be considered for this Clinical Nurse Manager job:

• Current NMBI Registration
• Experience in a leadership or senior role in a quality environment
• Experience in Gerontology and / or experience working in this area is desirable
