There is a fantastic salary on offer of up to €35k DOE plus excellent benefits

Who you are:

• An experienced coffee shop manager
• Ability to always lead by example
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Have a genuine passion for food and customer service
• Cash and till experience
• Strong knowledge of food safety and HACCP standards

Key Responsibilities:

• Promoting a positive work environment
• Maintaining and improving standards through coffee shop visuals
• Identifying and implementing operational procedures
• Managing a team to ensure highest possible standards
• Overseeing cash handling duties
• Recruitment and training of new recruits
• Ensuring all administration duties are carried out efficiently and effectively
