Excel Recruitment is seeking a professional and driven Conference and Banqueting Manager for a luxury Dublin property. The position will involve managing all aspects of a large Conference and Banqueting operation and some of the city’s most unique meeting and events spaces.

This role would suit a forward-thinking professional with a proven track record of delivering change across a large operation.

Key responsibilities of this Conference and Banqueting Manager role include:

  • Developing and leading a large team to deliver a diverse range of conferences, meeting and events
  • Working closely with clients to ensure that expectations are exceeded
  • Orchestrating change and guiding the future direction of the department
  • Ensure revenues are maximised and costs are controlled in line with budget

What you need to be considered for this Conference and Banqueting Manager role:

  • Proven track record managing a large C+B operation
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and leadership skills
