Excel Recruitment has an excellent opportunity available for a Customer Service Administrator to join our clients team based in Newcastle Co. Dublin.
Our client is a leading home décor manufacturer and is looking for a Customer Service Administrator to join their team. Our client is located in Newcastle Co. Dublin just on the Kildare Border. Due to the location of this role, you would need your own car as it is not accessible by public transport.
As a Customer Service Administrator, you will be responsible for dealing with all Customer enquires, processing all orders, send quotations and invoices, data entry, and other administrative tasks.
- Minimum of 1 years experience in a Customer Service role
- Excellent organisation and communication skills
- Must drive due to the location of the role
- Ability to multitask and work in a team as well as working autonomously
- Proficiency with Microsoft applications
- Good technical proficiencies
- Salary of 21-23K DOE
- Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5pm
- Located in Newcastle
