Salary package: €33,000 – €35,000 DOE

The ideal candidate is a Chef, Deli Manager or Deli Supervisor with an interest in gaining fresh food management experience. If you are an experienced Chef/Deli Manager seeking daytime hours and a better, work/life balance, this is the job for you.

Responsibilities of this Deli Manager job include:

• Overseeing the daily running of the Fresh Food department
• Creating exciting new gourmet lunches and dinners
• Ensuring HACCP and Food Safety requirements are met
• Costing and planning menus

Requirements of this Deli Manager job include:

• Previous food preparation experience in a supervisory or managerial role
• Excellent knowledge of HACCP protocols
• Must be able to multitask, problem-solve and delegate
• Must have superb communication skills and an eye for detail
