Duty Manager – Limerick

This position is based in one of their profitable stores in Limerick.

If you are a Supervisor/ Retail Manager that holds people management or store management experience, this could be the right move for your career! This is an opportunity to join one of Irelands leading grocery retail groups and avail of excellent training and development opportunities.

The successful retailer will have experience working in a fast-paced, grocery retail environment coupled with a friendly and customer driven approach.

Responsibilities of this job include:

• Achieving targets and KPIs as set by senior management
• Delegating tasks to members of staff to ensure the department and store are of the highest standards
• Developing and training of staff members
• Leading by example in providing excellent customer service
• Stock and waste management

Skills and qualities required for this job include:

• Have previous people management experience in a similar role
• Want to take the next step in your grocery retail career
• Have a proven track record of achieving KPIs and targets
• Thrive in a fast-paced team environment
• Work well under pressure
• Have a passion for exceptional customer service
• Have excellent communication skills

Salary: €35k DOE
