Food and Beverage / Conference and Events Manager
Excel Recruitment are looking for a Food and Beverage Events Manager to join our team of recruiters based in Dublin.
Excel Recruitment supply a range of service staff to a number of Four and Five Star Hotels, Corporate Catering Companies, Venues and Event Caterers across Leinster. We are currently recruiting a Food and Beverage or Conference and Banqueting Manager to come and join our team.
The Ideal Candidate will have the following skills set
- A good communicator
- The ability to coach and mentor team members
- Good numerical skills with strong attention to detail
- The ability to work well under pressure
- An interest in food and current culinary trends
- Good PC and administration skills
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Experience in Food and Beverage or Conference and Banqueting management
- Four or Five star Hotel background
- Full driving licence and own transport
This position would suit someone with a passion for the hospitality industry but is looking for more stable working hours. They will have the opportunity to broaden their experience and move away from a fully hands on operational role.
