Fashion Store Manager

Here at Excel Recruitment, we have a fantastic opportunity for an energetic and ambitious Fashion Store Manager to join our client, a leading high-street fashion retailer for their Flagship store in Cork city centre.

We are seeking a fashion-forward Store Manager with a passion for retail who has the ability to think strategically, commercially, and operationally.

If you are an experienced Store Manager with an interest in sports fashion and seeking a new opportunity where you can continue with your retail management career, then this is the role for you!

Responsibilities of this job:

• Use your commercial acumen to drive and increase store sales and productivity
• Utilise commercial reports daily & weekly to ensure the store is set up to trade productively
• Responsible for recruitment, coaching, and development of your team
• Inspire, lead and motivate your team
• Ensuring store visual merchandising is in line with planograms
• Driving promotions, bestsellers, and new arrivals
• Ensuring company policies and procedures are implemented

Skills and experience required for this job:

• Previous store management experience in a fast-paced high volume retailer
• Experienced in delivering excellent customer service and driving overall store performance
• Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop a strong team
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
