A Food and Beverage Manager Job is available in a prestigious 4 star property in Dublin. The candidate will be an integral part of the team and be expected to continue to deliver the high level of customer service that the Hotel is renowned for.
Responsibilities of this Food and Beverage Manager Job Dublin:
- Manage the daily Food and Beverage operations in the Hotel
- Coordinate daily plans with the Bar Manager and Restaurant Manager
- Ensure all service standards are maintained throughout the Hotel
- Recruit, Develop and Motivate staff
- Attend all forecast and management meetings
- Working with Senior Management to create and deliver operational budgets
- Responsibility for Health & Safety compliance and legislation
- Awareness and responsibility for any internal requirements
Requirements of this Food and Beverage Operations Manager Job Dublin:
- A minimum of 3 years management experience in a busy Food & Beverage Operation
- Very articulate and strong communicator
- Very good Presentation
- Management experience in a Hotel with a busy Food & Beverage Department
- Very strong financial acumen
- Strong organisational and time management skills
