Food Production Manager – West Dublin

Excel Recruitment are seeking a food passionate individual for Food Production Manager position with our renowned client based in West Dublin.

Our client is a busy food hotspot and caters to large amounts of customers daily. They value attitude and love team players.

The ideal candidate for this position is an individual with food retail industry experience and have a hard-working approach to work. They must be competent when managing people and delegating tasks. They must also have a history of achieving KPIs.

Our client is offering a generous salary of €35k to €45k DOE

Responsibilities:

• Achieve monthly KPIs
• Ability to lead a team
• Good decision making
• Motivate workers to perform
• Knowledge of HACCP and food safety protocols

Requirements:

• History of working in food retail management
• Hard-working attitude
• Good communication skills
