As Fresh Food Manager you will be responsible for leading a team alongside driving sales and standards across all fresh offerings!

Responsibilities for the role:

• Overseeing the day-to-day running of the Fresh Food department
• Managing staff and delegating tasks to ensure maximum efficiency and productivity
• Implementing fresh and innovative ways to improve department sales and standards
• Achieving all targets and KPIs set by the store manager
• Adhering to HACCP and Food Safety regulations

Who you are:

• An experienced Chef/Fresh Food manager with a passion for food
• An excellent track record for exceeding sales targets and KPIs
• Fully trained in HACCP and Food Safety
• Experience dealing with Health and Safety audits
