Fresh Food Manager – Dublin City Centre

Excel Recruitment is recruiting for an exciting opportunity to join our clients’ business as Fresh Food Manager. Our client is a leading grocery retailer located in Westmeath.

Salary package: €38,000 – €45,000 DOE

Our client’s fresh food department includes a hot deli, salad bar, grab and go counter. As Fresh Food Manager, you will oversee the smooth running of these counters and bring the business from strength to strength!

This job would suit an experienced Deli Manager or Fast Food Manager seeking a better work-life balance. You will have a passion for driving standards and leading a strong fresh food team. This job would also suit a Retail Manager with fresh food experience.

Responsibilities:

• Drive standards and sales across various Fresh Food departments
• Upholding compliance with HACCP and Food Safety requirements
• Managing a team of fresh food staff
• Ordering and managing stock

Requirements:

• Previous experience in fresh foods necessary
• Experienced in managing large teams
• Strong knowledge of HACCP and Food Safety protocols
